HOW The Process WORKS
Each engagement starts with a no-obligation introductory call and if my services are a good fit, we move into the trip planning process:
1. Discovery
We start with a conversation — I’ll learn about your travel history, what you love (and what you don’t), your budget comfort zone, and the type of experiences that bring you joy.
2. Design
I craft a custom itinerary that reflects your interests and preferred pace of travel, including hand-picked hotels, curated experiences, and realistic logistics. You’ll have a chance to review and refine before we finalize.
3. Booking & Coordination
Once approved, I take care of the reservations, confirm details with my in-destination partners, and ensure every connection fits together seamlessly.
4. Travel with Confidence
You’ll receive your detailed digital itinerary and mobile app access with confirmations, contacts, and helpful tips.
5. After You Return
We reconnect to hear about your favorite moments and what could make your next trip even better.
IS THIS SERVICE RIGHT FOR ME?
Whether it’s your first big international trip, a special celebration, or an annual getaway you want handled with more care, I work with travelers who appreciate thoughtful design and are willing to invest in getting it right. My clients are curious, discerning travelers who value quality, comfort and meaningful experiences.
Most custom itineraries I plan include 4- and 5-star hotels, private tours, and premium transportation, with trip budgets typically ranging from $1,500–3,000 per day (excluding flights).
For simpler trips or single-destination stays, I also offer complimentary hotel and cruise booking services with the same personalized attention and VIP perks.
Every trip I design looks different — a culinary tour through Portugal’s wine regions, a mother-daughter adventure in Peru, or a romantic escape to the Scottish Highlands. What they all share is thoughtful pacing, beautiful accommodations, and details that turn travel into something personal.

- Culinary journeys – I’m a foodie married to a wine aficionado and I love to craft food and wine travel itineraries to destinations such as the south of France, Piemonte or Tuscany in Italy, Croatia, Greece, and even Chile!
- Cultural immersion trips such as Japan and Morocco with experiences that connect you with the local culture;
- Romantic getaways (both domestic and international) that provide the time and space to reconnect in a beautiful setting;
- Girls’ trips including reunions, wellness, wine tasting, and more;

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
My professional planning fee covers the time, research, and expertise that goes into designing and managing your trip.
Custom Itinerary Design starts at $500 for up to 7 travel days, plus $50 for each additional day of travel. This includes consultation, itinerary design, booking management, and support before and during your trip. I will book your hotel or private villa accommodations, car rental/transfers, activities such as tours or workshops, and deliver your final itinerary with all associated confirmations and documentation in a digital format and easy-to-use mobile app. Booking of airfare or trains is offered for an additional ticketing fee.
Because every itinerary is unique, I’ll confirm the exact fee after our initial consultation.

What if I Don’t Need Full Itinerary Planning?
If you prefer to handle your own bookings, plan to use points and miles, or would like to stay in Airbnbs, but want professional input, I also offer a consultation-only option for personalized advice and trip structure. This is charged on an hourly basis and is conducted over Zoom.
If you only require hotel or cruise reservations and not a full itinerary, I also offer complimentary recommendations and booking.
